It may happen that you want to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us via info@fleursupreme.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Fresh flowers, plants and bouquets have a limited shelf life and therefore cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.

Register your return by sending an email to info@fleursupreme.com. State the order number in the email.

The ordered products must be returned within 14 days to claim a refund. The return costs are for your own account.

We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels & in the original packaging. Damaged and / or used items will be refused and returned.

You are responsible for the return shipment yourself. We recommend that you send the products with Track & Trace and keep the Track & Trace code in a safe place.
